• Ability to lift and move 75lbs & Up
• For work outdoors: Must be able to withstand climate conditions
• Minimum of 2 years Construction Experience
• Ability to read blue prints helpful
• Must be highly motivated and pay close attention to detail
• Must be honest and trustworthy
• Must be flexible
• Read, write, speak and understand English preferred
• Operate light equipment preferred

• Must supply own basic hand tools

• Pass a criminal background & have an acceptable driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Show proof of eligibility to work in US & confirmed by security clearance system.
