• Licensed Journeyman with 3 years HVAC experience.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Some post-high school education from college, trade school or military
• Ability to assess various types of refrigerants, pressure reading, and set points.
• Ability to read construction drawings, diagrams and schematics.
• Technical knowledge to service, diagnose and repair HVAC equipment.
• Technical knowledge to size and replace HVAC equipment.

• Based on Experience

• Pass a criminal background & have an acceptable driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Show proof of eligibility to work in US & confirmed by security clearance system.
