As the Owner and President of AnchorBuilt Inc., Ray oversees the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the company, driving growth and maintaining high standards in project management, construction quality, and client relations. With almost 40 years of experience in the construction industry, he has a deep understanding of project execution, budgeting, and leadership.
Ray began his career in construction as a laborer in the 1980’s. He knew construction was his passion and decided early on to start his own construction company. Due to his strong leadership and decision-making skills, he transformed AnchorBuilt from a two-man crew to the well-established construction company it is today.
His dedication to fostering a collaborative and safety-focused work environment has contributed to the company’s success and reputation as a trusted partner in construction. Outside of work, Ray is committed to continuing education and staying ahead of industry trends.
Michael Franco
Mr. Franco brings more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry in Albuquerque and the surrounding areas. His extensive expertise in managing both commercial and institutional projects adds significant value to every project under his oversight. He plays a key role in all aspects of the construction process, including employee supervision, project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and material procurement, ensuring each project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Mr. Sanchez brings over 19 years of experience in the construction industry, including 16 years with AnchorBuilt Inc. During his 11 years as Superintendent, he has overseen hundreds of public and institutional projects, gaining extensive expertise in the unique challenges and opportunities these types of construction presents.
Geri Martinez
With 15 years of experience at AnchorBuilt, Geri is a cornerstone of the company’s administrative operations, providing seamless support across a diverse array of construction projects. Renowned for her professionalism and outstanding work ethic, she has cultivated strong, lasting relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and team members alike. Geri’s commitment ensures projects run smoothly while fostering a collaborative environment that contributes to the success of every team she works with.
Chris Armijo
Mr. Armijo is a Superintendent at AnchorBuilt Inc. with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, including 17 years in supervisory roles. He has managed numerous projects across public, private, and institutional facilities, bringing extensive expertise in overseeing various types of construction, including general contracting, plumbing, and HVAC.

As Safety Manager, Raymond collaborates with the entire project management team, including architects and owners, to ensure all milestones are achieved safely. He is well-versed in the unique requirements and rapid response demands of On-Call projects and adeptly manages safety considerations specific to this type of construction. Key areas of focus include both vehicle and pedestrian traffic on active campuses. Raymond plays a critical role in ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule without compromising safety.
